We had the most Amazing waitress tonight! she was so nice. the food was awesome as well

Delicious food, prompt and friendly service! The lady who picked my table was pleasant and Mike the waiter was quick on his feet! Excellent job on my birthday sandwich and sweet potato fries!

This used to be a go to spot for our family. We continued to support them during the pandemic with to go orders. We had a couple of bad experiences after that have kept us away for months.The first one was our group of 7 (my husband and our children being turned away at the door because they “couldn’t serve us” due to staffing issues. But they continued letting people in behind us in smaller groups that still would have equaled 7 people. They offered us to go but we did not want to sit and eat in our car, we came to sit and eat.Months pass and I decided to give them another shot. This time it was my husband and only 2 of our kids. No issues with being seated. The dining room looked a little rough though, and not taken care of. (New management? Now I know that there are shortages everywhere for employees, but an eating establishment should have certain standards. Our waitress came to the table with hair that looked like it hadn’t been washed in days. We could literally see stuff all through it. Her fingernails all had dirt under them. She was overall unkempt. I almost ran out but just kept praying that she would have no contact with our food. The food wasn’t hot as usual and we had horrible service otherwise. We have not been back since.In the six plus months that have passed, I’ve missed my once a month trip there but have decided not to take a chance. I hope they fix this location, it used to be SO GOOD!!

Had dinner at Red Robin last evening, the hostess said 20 minute wait took my phone number, said they'd text when a table was ready. Waiting outside, people we walking in and getting seated right away. We went in after 30 minutes. the hostess said she thought she texted us but must have entered the wrong number. We were finally seated, ordered our drinks, appetizer, and burgers. We said well done for our burgers, no pink. Our Purple Poppin Lemonades and pretzel bites were out to us in about 3 minutes, burgers about 15 minutes later. Both burgers were very pink. My wife couldn't eat hers, we had it taken off the bill. The fries were soggy and the waitress didn't offer any additional fries (thought they were endless? Overall, my wife and I were very disappointed and doubt we'll be back. The Purple Poppin Lemonades and pretzel bites were good, fries burgers, not so much

Went in there last Sunday for lunch. they were shorthanded and never told us when we in. Took over 45 minutes to get our meal. We are walking out when the meal came. Should have walk out. Fries under done. Wife's veggies under done. Fish cold. They should have info the people that they were shorthanded and let us make the decision to stay. The waitress told us 5 people called off. Done with Dead Robin.
