Bojangles' - North Charleston

I decided to have a cheat meal and had a taste for some chicken. Since bojangles is close to my work establishment, I went over. The drive thru line wasn't too long, the customer service was very professional and most importantly, my food was fresh,hot, and delicious!

Would be nice to go to the dining room but like every typical Bojangles they're always closed and you got to sit in the long drive through. And as you see by the Stars owners don't give a... going out to the pilot gas station to Arby's. You can sit downand enjoy your meal unlike Bojangles Don't waste your money.

I visited this restaurant a little while ago to pick up food for myself and my mother. They informed me that I would need to wait 15 minutes for fresh wings, and despite being encouraged to choose other items like breast and legs, I opted to wait. After the 15 minutes, I received my food, but when I got to my mother's house, she mentioned that the wings were tough and the fries were stale. My suggestion is that when a customer requests specific items and they’re unavailable, it's essential to ensure that everything they offer is fresh and prepared correctly. That's what good customer service is all about.

This is the fourth time my order has been messed up! I've had missing items, and I've even seen them give my order to another customer who ordered less than I did. This is also the second time they've completely run out of sweet tea. A piece of advice: always check your order! You might get shorted on your items, and they could keep your food.

I visited this restaurant recently, and I must say, it was fantastic! The food was served quickly, almost immediately. I ordered the delicious Cajun chicken, and it was perfectly warm and fresh. I can't wait to return, as I have high hopes for indulging in more of their delicious offerings!
