Cicis Pizza - North Charleston

This place is so fun!! Being able to play games brings back memories of other pizza places we went to as kids... I would recommend this place to anyone wanting pizza.. it doesn't get any better than the pizza buffet!!The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars all the way is because I ordered my pizza for pickup.. I don't even live a half of a mile away and the pizza was ice cold by the time I got there and the cheese was already hard rather than stringy like.. I personally believe they gave me a pizza they made hours ago and the person who ordered it never showed or some other reason as to why the pizza was old when it had just been ordered.. I called Cici's to inform them about this and 2 girls on the line told me they were not responsible for my pizza being cold when I didn't come in for a couple of hours after ordering it. I told them I left home and drove straight to the restaurant as soon as I ordered it and was there in less than 15 minutes which they had told me when I ordered it that it would be around 45 min wait. I am certain they gave me someone else's pizza who never showed up and that will explain why it was cold. It was getting close to closing time and I didn't have any desire to return there that night I asked if I could come tomorrow night for a fresh hot pizza. They Said no take what you get or cook it yourself if we give you a free pizza then everyone will want a free pizza... I told them I wasn't asking for a free pizza just the pizza I had paid for. I don't know why it took 2 of them to talk to me on rhe phone but they seemed to be encouraging each other to be more and more rude to me and the way they Laughed at each other was beyond annoying. I didn't get a new hot pizza and I have not been back there since this incident.

Just love this place our family always goes here for dinner and the staff and general manager are great !!!! I also must son my son started his first job here and he loves it so far thank you to the whole staff at cicis for all there hard work and hospitality way to go cicis !!!!!!! thank you for making me and my family feel wanted !

John was upbeat, made it his job to greet and say farewell to customers. The lobby employee, Tanisha was very courteous and helpful. This place has nice people, will bring family back in the

1st went here when visiting at Christmas; it was FABULOUS then, and the same again tonight! I’ve been to multiple locations, all over Florida, and even San Antonio and never been disappointed, however, this location is OUTSTANDING!Vegetarian options: Great salad bar!Dietary restrictions: Seriously?It’s pizza, and all u can eat!But they have an impressive salad, soup, pasta sectionParking: Huge lotKid-friendliness: They have a game room!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for EVERYONE!

Karen made the experience smooth and enjoyable for our group of 48 elementary students. Best location so far!
