When I say this is the best food I could have dreamed of I mean it. They catered our wedding and I even had a special request of sweet plantains and they did them and they were the best plantains I had ever had. Overall, a really good experience! Ordered for 4 for Thanksgiving this year, Portions were hefty, could have fed more than 4 easily (unless the 4 guests were lumberjacks! . Pick up was very organized and efficient. Gravy, meh. Green bean casserole and stuffing were okay, but carrots in the stuffing were weird and it was a little mushy. The highlights were the salad, cranberry compote, turkey, and pumpkin pie! The turkey, even re-heated, was moist and skin was crispy.
