While this isn't your typical Jersey Mike's, the chain is so reliable that any differences are easily noticeable. In this case, it was the level of friendliness that stood out. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice and the sandwich was fantastic, just like always! However, I observed that when a few regulars came in, they were greeted with smiles, received a few extras, and tended to be treated somewhat better. I'm not asking for special treatment myself; I just want to feel like my dollar is worth the same as everyone else's. If the staff consistently treated everyone with that kind of special attention, I think it could really make a difference!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches were made neatly and the ingredients were good. Not fresh from the farm, but good. I like their concern to put your sandwich together as you want!

I've visited several Jersey Mike's locations, and they've all been great – this one was no exception. I ordered the #56, minus the red peppers and mushrooms, and placed my order online for a later time. When I arrived, they had made my order an hour early and informed me before I even had a chance to ask. However, they quickly offered to prepare a fresh sandwich for me as well. In the end, they gave me both sandwiches, and I made sure to tip generously. Once again, they proved to be the best. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean.
