Mcdonald's - North Charleston

This is the best McDonald's I've ever visited. Tony was extremely friendly, and his customer service was outstanding. He personally brought our food to us, engaged in conversation, and truly made our day. We will definitely return to see him again. This experience felt more like dining at a restaurant than a fast-food place.

**Update 4/22/2022**: I wanted to revise my review to express how much I appreciate the outstanding service at this restaurant! Our orders are consistently correct, hot, and fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The customer service is truly excellent! When I visited with my daughter and grandchildren to pick up lunch, they handled our large order perfectly. Everything was accurate, and the food was not only hot but delicious too! I definitely feel safe recommending this place!

The staff at this restaurant truly put in a lot of effort and take their roles seriously. They are respectful and make fantastic sweet tea. This is the best McDonald's I've visited in a long time, so please treat them with respect and courtesy. I want the food and service to continue being this excellent. Thank you!

Great and fast service and good quality ordered on food

The Xiamen Sammamishes were made perfect, mine had delicious extra salad as desired! And Daddy was hot and fresh.
