Palm Tree Grill - North Charleston

The children's dishes were both swallowed and the adults enjoyed a pasta dish, salmon and pork chop. All meals were good portions and very satisfying. The desserts (cooked cake, chocolate lava cake) were a must if you like chocolate. I was here a lot. It's our favorite place in Guelph. We're leaving. The food, the ambience, the service is excellent.

(Visited in November 2017) I have eaten several meals in this restaurant during this stay at the Embassy Suites and it is a much more beautiful restaurant than you can find in most hotels. You do not take of course that you need to eat here, but their food and service shows that they try to make you feel comfortable and enjoy a great meal. The one area in which it falls is the price. Overall, it is probably 15 20% higher than it should be, and although I am sure that the argument is that cartridges pay for convenience, I can simply not buy. The restaurant does not cost more to use than when it was standing on the street. Burgers and club sandwiches are fantastic, like the pommes and salads. The waiting staff we had so far was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend eating here if you don't mind paying inflated prices.

Food was good. Service, not so good. We were never asked if we wanted anything to drink, the waiter just kept filling our water glasses. Took a long time to get our meal and there was only about 10 people in the place. Would not eat here again!

The food was pretty good! Perhaps a bit over priced but most hotel restaurants tend to charge a bit more anyways. The atmosphere wasn't bad but didn't necessarily coincide with the cost of a plate. Our server was very polite but not very sensitive to our needs as we mentioned being in a rush but ended up waiting 20 minutes to receive our check. The only true redeeming quality of this place was the food which was good but didn't stand out in any spectacular sort of way.

We never got to eat our meal because we waited 45 min after ordering. We left. after. telling the person who seated us our waiter that we had theater tix. We barely made it in time. has empty bellies. Service was abysmal
