Feedback gevenI was consistently welcomed during my drive-thru visits with outstanding customer service. I've never encountered any rudeness or unfriendliness from the staff. In fact, it's probably the friendliest service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant, second only to Chick-fil-A.
UPDATE: I previously posted a negative review due to an incident I had with an employee one evening. However, I spoke with the General Manager, who addressed the issue promptly. The next morning, Joy, the manager, reached out to me as well, and she was incredibly helpful in making things right. I don't think it's fair to give the entire restaurant a poor rating based on the behavior of one employee when the rest of the experience was quite lovely! Just a tip: make sure to check your order before you leave, as they sometimes get it wrong. If you decide to return for any missing items, be aware that they expect you to pay for what you've already ordered. The staff at the window were friendly, but the employee I encountered at night was quite rude.
Lunchtime is the ideal time to visit this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly during that period, and your food arrives quickly. Overall, I had a great experience. However, I wish they would renovate the interior—I really love the new look of Taco Bell!
