Cook Out - North Chesterfield

I really love Cookout, but this time we had a disappointing experience. My husband and I brought his sisters there for the first time, and we were really excited to eat. However, when we got home, all of our orders were wrong. My husband didn't receive anything he ordered, and we had also requested some extra items that were pricier. It was really frustrating to get home and find that nothing was correct. It turned out to be a bad first experience for my sisters-in-law.

This place tends to be unpredictable, depending on who's working and what time you visit late at night.

I anticipated spending around $15 for a fresh charbroiled burger meal, but I was pleasantly surprised to pay just over $10 for a 1/4 lb cheeseburger, crispy golden fries, and a drink. You really can't beat that price! The quality is similar to what you’d make at home on your own grill. Forget about other burger places—Cook Out is definitely the place to go!

This cookout is the fastest one I have ever been to. There can be 20 cars in line but I am always out of the line within 15-20 minutes and I always order 4 milkshakes so they do not play around. They hire some of the most competent employees at fast food restaurants around. The only thing that could change to make it better is their speaker system could use some updating to help the employees understand the customers better. But even that doesn't give them a 4 star review. They deserve the 5 stars.
