Order a peanut butter bananas flat bread without shrimp and a smoothie. The flat bread did not have much butter and WAYYYYY too much honey that ended over my clothes. The smoothie was good.

THERE LOVE TREATMENT TO VALUE! This was my trip to Tropical Smoothie until last year when the staff changed to younger employees. The food used to be TOP NOTCH, but the staff no longer cares. I recently ordered a VEGGIE HUMMUS WRAP (mind you i?m on my 1h lunch break) just to come back to my job and notice that was a completely different sandwich in my bag? After they took it back to be restored, they fought me on them. The entire staff looked unfounded and confused throughout this whole order. LONG STORY LESS LONG, GO to ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU WANT BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ALONG WITH YOUR FOOD (if you get what you have ordered)

Ordered ahead, waited an extra 20 minutes past the quoted time my smoothie would be ready. Stood there waiting for assistance for 15 minutes, had to interrupt to get help. Wouldn't order here again.

You're wasting your money paying the girl at the counter when all she was doing was playing on her cell phone and having a chat with her friends at the side of the counter. It's not bad customer service, it's ZERO customer service. I left and so did my money. This was at 7:05p on Friday 4-22-22, if you even care to discipline your staff. Update: After reading further reviews from multiple months, this must be a money laundering scheme, because there is no way an ordinary business would still be operating with such horrible service over a long period of time.

Did not know this location existed until today. Very friendly staff, and very clean inside. Staff all were very helpful and worked very well together. Great crew of people! They were very busy (it is spring break though) but were extremely helpful and my smoothie was great. My children were so excited once we discovered this location and after this experience (and their smoothies) we will be back again! ??
