Food was excellent and the staff, so friendly and helpful. It will be a first stop before getting to the apartment in Woolacombe in 2024. Cant recommend it enough.
We took a detour from our route, we fancied a coffee and a sandwich. Best bacon, sausage and egg baguette ever, products very fresh and cooked to order. Great coffee. I also bought some fresh butter, looks amazing. If we’re back in the area we will definitely return
Fab farm shop on the campsite, warm pasties and sausage rolls are to die for, fantastic breakfasts and the hash browns were an almost daily purchase! Friendly staff and everything we needed.
We were passing took the short detour after spotting their ‘Farm Shop’ sign. To me, a farm shop sells produce grown on the farm but sadly this isn’t the case. We always try to support local businesses, rather than shop at supermarkets, and we don’t mind paying a bit extra but not this much. We paid over £28 for just a few items, all pre packed bought in. We understand that a farm shop can’t supply everything from its own farm but I honestly couldn’t identify anything that might have been grown or produced themselves. It doesn’t encourage people away from Aldi etc when they charge so much it works both ways
We were staying at the campsite and genuinely couldn’t believe the quality of this farm shop right on our tent doorstep! Their morning coffee and bacon rolls, bread, sausage rolls and cakes were delicious, the fruit and veg they carried were super fresh and, the best bit, their freshly cooked pizzas of an evening were lush!
