Feedback gevenOur digital order was completely mishandled, and the phone number listed for the restaurant is disconnected. Subway corporate no longer accepts phone calls and directs you to their website instead. This used to be a great franchise that claimed to care about customer health, but it seems like they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction enough to employ real people to answer calls.
I ordered four subs and a salad from this Subway, and this is my second time visiting. Unfortunately, they still haven't managed to get my order right. It seems they struggle with understanding the order from the app. I won't be coming back again!
Update: I finally was able to go and speak to a manager. They were just bought out and just got new phone number. They remade the order for me with no problem. I was on the app and was going to place a order for a later date. When I hit order I realizedthe date didn't take and it placed it for pickup right then. I had no car atm so I went to call them to cancel but the number onfile is not in service. I called another subway to get another number and that number that was given was never answered. Icalled back to back for an hour for it to just ring. I was charged for the order even though I never came to get it! I have beentrying for the past few days to get my money back but haven't. I contacted corporate just to be given another number to callthat also isn't working!
I placed my order through the app and picked it up. The food was delicious and my order was exactly right. It's also much easier to find and manage coupons on the app.
Good sandwiches, fresh food, clean but needs more personal.
