Feedback gevenI ordered the variety bucket from this restaurant and it was a terrible decision! The coating on the chicken was overly cooked, even though it's supposed to be timed. The chicken was too greasy and some pieces were undercooked/raw. This was the worst KFC I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location again.
Visited for the first time and was met with a sign on the door that stated staff shortages so Drive Thru only. Cars were queuing around the block so didn’t bother. Unemployment is one of the highest in Grimsby so not having enough staff to work in a KFC is poor management and like the one in Cleethorpes , will not last long at this rate.
I called KFC today for a simple order of three pieces of white meat and chips. However, when my order arrived, I received a wing, a leg, and a small piece of meat instead. I went back to complain to the server, who called a young man to handle the situation. Unfortunately, the young man was not trained in customer service and became defensive, turning a minor issue into a major conflict. He blamed me for not accepting what I was given and explained that they only receive a limited number of each meat part. I found this attitude to be unacceptable, as I believe customers should receive what they order. I left the restaurant with my money refunded, without my order or an apology. This experience has left a bad impression on me and I do not plan on returning to KFC with such an attitude prevalent in many outlets.
We ordered food from this restaurant and once again there were items missing from our order. This has been a recurring issue, so we will not be ordering from here again. The staff seem incapable and unable to accurately fulfill orders.
Terrible service, getting home to find we don't have the full order, hair in the food and it's cold. We will not use this kfc again!
