Chocolate Cafe - North Eastham

Absolutely horrific experience. Besides the coffee and horrible whoopie pie and chocolate, we got yelled at by the person working the counter for self-serving on a chocolate on the counter, which had no sign to explain that it was not self-service. An honest mistake, but to get yelled at as if we committed a murder was ridiculous. The service staff needs to take lessons in dealing with the public and being descent humans. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

When I went there was no one in the kitchen so I am not rating. Service was good, considering the lack of staff.

Went on a recent Sunday and ordered a coffee, a latte and a couple pastries. Got one of the drinks and asked which one it was….. got a nasty “it’s on the cup”. Well it was but under the sleeve. I think it was the owner. She just wasn’t a very pleasant person

I tasted the chocolates. Were very tasty. Good coffee. The local restaurant is beautifully decorated and you can buy original gifts and souvenirs

I’m disappointed they refused my personal cup due to Covid but we’re happy to take my dirty money and some. It’s 2024 be honest about your prices or at least on your menu board state tax included. Now I’m left with a weak watery coffee in there smallest cup which is far bigger than I need.
