Herons Nest - North Fort Myers

The buffet was cold and overpriced. The service was disappointing at best. The manager showed little interest in our concerns, offering nothing but excuses and taking no responsibility. She displayed a very condescending attitude towards our table.

Called to make reservations for Easter brunch, Buffet. They always have good food, and the service is good….highly recommend.

This was my first visit to this restaurant located on the property. I ordered the bang bang shrimp, and I have to say it was quite disappointing. There was no flavor or excitement to it at all. On a positive note, the service was excellent; the young lady attending to us was very attentive and clearly worked hard despite being busy. Due to ongoing construction, the restaurant is currently operating in a different area, which might have contributed to the experience. Unfortunately, the bang bang shrimp lacked any of the bold flavors I was hoping for.

No one at the podium to seat you, sat ourselves. Waited 20 mins before we were even approached, we were already looking up other restaurants on our phone. Then the menue isn't even what they had posted online. It's really a gated community eating room.

New chef and beverage manager. Excellent food choices and service. I highly recommended
