Feedback gevenMobile ordered to be ready via drivethru at 2:23. Sat in drive thru for 20 min. Completely stuck, due to a curb on both sides. No apologies. No sleeve. No stick. Absolutely the worst customer service ever
Service has gone down in recent years. Sad to see Sheila transfer. Half of the week, my teas contain sugar, though I specify I want NO sweetener. Now there is a newb who thinks she knows her drinks (but does not) and specifies teas don 't come with sweetener, but I don 't care about the logistics, just push the button so you quit giving me sweet tea. I know they have to push a button to remove the liquid cane sugar/classic syrup, both because my husband once worked there and because another employee confirmed it. I 've also been drinking the Starbucks tea since before this employee was probably old enough to hold a job. I do not live in Beloit and have to drive back to Beloit multiple times a week, or send my daughter back, because an employee wants to feel right and will not push the button for my request. You lose your tip in the gas money I waste to drive back.Take into consideration that sugar takes a person out of ketosis and people with diabetes can put their life at risk from drinking sugar, so just listen, push the button, and accept the request!To the friendly redheaded fellow in the drive thru, you are the one main benefit to this location! You deserve a raise! Not only do you confirm that there is no sweetener, but you also greet every customer with a friendly attitude, which can be a hard task with Starbucks customers. Thank you for your hard work.
Slow service and not the best drink quality. It seems that they prioritize drive thru traffic at the expense of walk ins.
Still remains one if the worst customer service restaurants in town.
We drove through on our way to a wedding. the lady was super friendly. took her time to have a conversation. drink was good!
