My wife and I stayed here for dinner at the Highland Games. The service was friendly and quite fast, but nothing to write at home. A small town pub. Nothing beautiful or remarkable. Very run of the mill.
This cozy restaurant is popular with locals and has around 30 seats inside and a dozen more on the terrace. The service was quick, and the food was hot and abundant. Prices were reasonable, and the menu offered a wide variety of options. The washroom facilities were very clean and well-stocked.
We stopped for dinner on a Wednesday night at this pub. There were only a few people there, but that was expected for a mid-week night. My husband enjoyed a Rolling Rock on tap, and I had a delicious Caesar salad with chicken. My husband tried the Chicken Parm and loved it. The food was excellent and the service was great. The cook even came out to ask if my husband wanted the chicken placed back on his sandwich. We will definitely return, especially since they offer Wifi and have plenty of parking spaces.
We had the most delicious amazing full breakfast here! Over easy eggs were cooked better than I've had at a real restaurant.
