Buffalo Wild Wings North Haven

This place with or this location does not accept or use OpenTable reservations. everything after that was great. but this is the second time that it happened to my group and it is always a thing to get space and we get the “we do not really make reservations like this” talk. the first time I thought maybe it was just a new person or someone who didn't know. but it's not. the waitress was the best, the food was so good. but do not book a reservation here. I've been looking for to report this to opentable and not found it yet, so I write this here as a warning to others.

Although it took a while to be seated )the restaurant could not find our reservation) once we were seated our server was extremely pleasant and explained the specials and menu to us. The beer selection and wing selection was quite good though I must say the sauces were better than the spice rubs were on the wings. We tried the boneless wings this time since they were on special but would try the banana ones next time.

I booked 2 weeks in advance. when I checked the reservations, they said they did not accept any reservations. although I have received the confirmation from the website. However, I could get a table and the channel was overwhelmed with the party of 12. the management team does not really do how to run a business.

The restaurant was not very clean and the host did not seem like they wanted to be there or have support, but our server, paul, was amazing. he answered questions that we had in detail about food options and was very attentive during our meal.
