Stopped in to grab 3 ice creams to go, literally took 30 minutes from start to finish. It was just so slow.

Was excited to show my friend friendlys for the first time as it was a childhood memory of mine. we tried going last night. the party of four that got there after us was seated first, after we had already been waiting 15 minutes. when we were finally sat we waited for 40 minutes as servers made their way to every table around us but ours, even though they had sat after us. we eventually got up and left as we had not been visited once the entire time we waited. we walked by four different staff members on the way out and not a single one acknowledged us. the servers seemed overwhelmed, the host too. it seems like theres a huge lack of support for staff, and a huge lack of communication all around.
