Staff very polite and quick! Apparently was very clean food was good. Overall great experience

It’s something I take my kids to all the time an we love it an excellent place to bring ur family kid friendly always fast service love the food an the best is the ice cream

Worst restaurant experience of my life!!!!! I have a severe spinal injury that makes it so that sitting in a chair is difficult. I asked to be seated in the booth and the hostess didn’t know what to do, asked us to wait a minute until she could speak to a manager. She stated that she couldn’t seat us in the section with booths because it wasn’t that servers turn. I asked her to please see if she could figure something out so that I could eat there. She again said she would need to get a manager. We said no problem we’d be happy to wait for a manager. The manager then came out screaming at us about how we “spoke to her employee” using our hands and asking her to “figure it out” . We repeated that it was due to a medical injury and then the manager said she couldn’t understand how it’s any different and if we’re going to be rude “we don’t need to eat at her restaurant”. I then explained my entire medical situation and asked again if they could accomedate it as it’s required by the ADA. She said that she wouldn’t stand for it and again asked us to leave. I have never felt so ashamed of myself in a public place of service. Friendly’s had always been a happy childhood memory for me and now it will forever be associated with turning a person away for thier health. Devastating.

Went to pick up a seasonal Wattermelon Roll. They had 4 in the freezer. They all were in various degrees of melting/refreezing. Pretty disappointed

Service was nice the food was good and the atmosphere was calm because it was 2pm
