Costa - North Hertfordshire

Had a lovely visit to this Costa. It was very busy but Sophie and Paige worked hard with efficiency and optimism. It was well organised and there was a chap washing and clearing tables. Fantastic service.

I had a pleasant experience at this Costa Coffee shop, with friendly staff who actually seemed happy to be there. This is unlike many other coffee shops I have visited in the UK. I plan on returning there later today.

I am a regular customer at this establishment, and I have found that the level of service and friendliness here is the best out of all the Costa Coffee locations I have visited. Despite the occasional queue, the drinks are always consistently good and the service is quick and friendly. They use a second machine during busy times to keep things moving smoothly. The food is typical Costa fare, but it is good for a coffee shop. Additionally, you can earn points towards a free drink with their rewards program. The location, situated upstairs from the main Tesco store, has a nice atmosphere with plenty of seating. It is clean and well-maintained, which is important to me. Overall, this Costa Coffee meets all my expectations.

I had never been to Costa and my Granddaughter(10 years)said it was part of my education.I had coffee,which was fine,though overpriced I thought.Granddaughter had hot chocolate and a brownie.I was appalled at the cost-could have bought a proper meal elsewhere-cost£10! However,my education is now complete and I don't have to repeat the experience.

It is unfortunate that the customers and staff at this Costa Coffee establishment have to endure a temperature that is supposedly controlled by Tesco management who are not even present in the cafe. The staff members are friendly, but the lukewarm latte was disappointing. Overall, not very impressed with the experience.
