Feedback gevenThe service was terrible. We were overcharged, assuming we wouldn't notice. The sandwiches were bland. The staff does not wash their hands or wear gloves.
We decided to dine at this restaurant during our overnight stay, hoping for a special experience for our anniversary. We spoke with a girl named Pria on the phone who assured us to leave it to her. Unfortunately, there was no special treatment, not even a balloon. The owner suggested the fillet steak and apologized for a leak in our bedroom, hinting at compensation for the inconvenience. However, we received no compensation and the meal was overpriced and incorrect. The fillet steak was £28 and the vegetables were an additional £4 (cooked to order). The sirloin steak was £21 and the vegetables were another £4 (not cooked to order) and overdone. No one checked if our meal was satisfactory. It was disappointing to see the lack of care for customers. Perhaps a simple gesture like a balloon could have improved the experience.
We were extremely let down when we visited the restaurant, as the website displayed a full a la carte menu. However, upon arrival, we were only presented with a very limited set menu by a waiter who struggled with English and lacked proper serving skills. Although the food that was available was of good quality, there were very few options on the menu, including only a few specials. It is disappointing to note that we used to be regular customers, but will not be returning after this experience.
I was due to stay 4 nights booked though work. On arrival the place looked OK. I was told by the manager the room was for only 3 nights no worries will sort that out with work. I was told my room was upstairs. The place smelt damp with rubbish on the stairs and outside my room. The room is very dated a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss. Electrical cables exposed taped up in the bathroom,very soft bed,very old air-conditioning unit which doesn't work unless you want cold air. NO HEATING? Would not recommend this place to sleep. Didn't try the restaurant. Was moved the next day to the Hilton Hotel.
They will take your money, refuse to provide a service in return and have a little laugh when you ask for a refund
