Taco Bell - North Highlands

We went to the restaurant and ordered two Crunchwraps and five Taco Supremes, which we paid for. However, when we got home, we found that we only received regular tacos instead of the Supreme ones we ordered. I tried calling to complain, but no one answered the phone. This feels like a scam, and I won’t be going back.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. First, I ordered the burrito supreme with chicken, but they put beef in it instead. I also ordered the chicken chalupa supreme with chipotle sauce, but they just added sour cream on top of an old chalupa that had been sitting around for a while. We spend money on food, not on this kind of low quality.

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I arrived near closing time (which I didn't realize), and a staff member came out with cones to indicate they were closed. I was already stuck in a crowded drive-thru, and he placed the cones behind my car. I mistakenly thought they would serve all the cars that were already in line, but that wasn't the case. Instead, they blocked everyone in and turned on the "we are closed" message instead of finishing up with the current customers. As we drove past after they served the last car, they laughed at us. I ended up waiting in line for almost 15 minutes, only to be mocked after not being served.

My visit here today was one of the worst. The girl outside taking my order wasn't very friendly. When I opened my burrito it was moist on the outside like somebody touched it with wet hands and then when I bit into my burrito everything was absolutelycold. The beans and sauce were cold and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted.

Four years ago, I did a review. This is for a visit on Sept. 24. Iced tea, my favorite, tasted like water with one tea bag dunked in. Restrooms NOT WORKING. My #3 combo meal, taco, burrito and drink, my burrito was grilled. I thought the food tastedstale. Two potential customers came to the counter, but the workers would not take a minute to answer their questions.
