Feedback gevenTook like 10 minutes for 5 people to place orders. Trash on tables food on the floor. 2 employees on break or just dgaf no more. Maybe we all were having a bad day. Plenty of chicken in my nachos though.
The person who helped us was very rude and had attitude when the attitude was not necessary. He also said they don't offer horchata at pollo loco. He didn't give me my reception and acted unprofessional until we left and my food looks like it was literally thrown together. Ridiculous and a waste of time and money.
Came through the drive thru got my order I got home and I miss my Churros also the sour cream in my burrito rancid they also forgot the dressing for my salads. Not the first time they're screwing my order, but probably the last.
The food was no longer good for any reason. They were not chicken before the bone on both drums and thighs. The pico de gallo tonight was not fresh and smelled like old reds and tasted like that. Just to be honest and unfortunately I didn't get my money back because I was still busy at home
Went to the drive-thru try to order a burrito and a cheese quesadilla but they didn't even bother to ring up the cheese quesadilla when I was clear about it. Never coming back to this place because their mic is terrible their speaker is terrible and the burrito wrapping was incredibly messy making it hard to actually get out without making a mess on its own. They didn't even give me the right burrito that I ordered which was supposed to be a chicken tinga but this is nothing like it and it was very little chicken in it.
