Subway - North Hollywood

Night from Wednesday 6/31, at 21 o'clock. who was in service burned my huh and speck garlic sandwich. I usually don't leave an assessment, but that mf burnt was like in crispy. I had to crack my whole sandwich, and I know who took it out that the toaster felt it and what didn't know was right, but was too lazy to make another, and just decided to ruin my night.

The young Mexican girl that made my sandwich was very rude and she seemed unhappy to work. I said thank you and she just gave me my food and turned around, she even made a hole in my sandwich wrapper. I felt totally uncomfortable. I went to this place 8/1/2022 at 17:00 clock

Outside the proximity to my house there is not akot of positive superlative I can say about this facility. the quality of the sandwiches is very uneven. I have experienced repeated errors in ordering by the app. sometimes they make sandwiches with barely meat and overall sloppy presentation. I wouldn't say she's a good quality control. outside the occasional deals on the app I try to order a sandwich here. jersey mike’s is head and heals a superior sandwich location in quality and worth.

The owner and his manager Elizabeth started having a full on conversation in front of my parents about my parents been Mexican using derogatory slurs about Mexicans ..they thought my parents didn 't understanding English ..when I went back to ask for corporate number they refused giving corporates number ..When I told her my parents had disabilities and they shouldn 't be unkind and be using the derogative slurs for Mexican people and that they should be kinder to people because they don 't know what disabilities or hardships they are going through the manager Elizabeth said if we had to keep track of everyone that has a disability we wouldn 't have a business ,she also stated that it was privately owned and that they can treat people however they felt like it because they had no one to answer to Horrible racist and disrespectful manager and owner allows her to be rude and racist with customers
