I tried to take the s’mores with over eating after home and it was amazing, so a few nights later I decided to get it again, but was completely disappointed. it says that double layers of fudge I just a tiny piece up and hardly any marshmallow. it was so disappointing because I was so excited and now I am disappointed and was wasting my money. not happy

I've visited this place twice, and the staff has been fantastic each time. The ice cream itself is delightful, though it is a bit pricey. However, the ability to take a tub home is a great option, allowing customers to enjoy it in whatever portion they desire. Personally, I don’t eat a lot of ice cream—just two tablespoons satisfy my cravings—so the take-home option is perfect for me. Yes, it's an upfront expense, but it lasts me about six weeks, making it worth it in the long run. Overall, with delicious ice cream and outstanding staff, I give this place 5 stars!

The service I received was quite disappointing. When I asked for a banana thickshake, the server abruptly said no. I then inquired about one of those s'mores treats they advertise everywhere, but again, her response was a flat no. It seemed like everything I requested was off the menu. Finally, I managed to order an egg spoon for my husband, but it had a bland candy floss flavor. The dessert was soft, so she carelessly threw the spoon into the water and immediately dropped it on the counter, creating a mess everywhere. There were no apologies or even an attempt to clean it up—she just let it crash onto the counter. I chose a caramel dessert, but there wasn’t much left to enjoy, and the transfer felt like a hassle. She yanked the container on the counter while trying to shove it toward me. The portions were so small that they barely filled half the cup. I requested caramel sauce to make it look a bit more appetizing, but throughout this experience, the server’s attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive. I don’t think we’ll be returning here again.

Baskin-Robbins offers dairy-free ice cream, but the Ipswich location only has sorbets, which are excessively sweet and tangy. If you're looking for dairy-free ice cream, I wouldn't recommend the Ipswich store.
