Roasted Coffeehouse - North Kansas City

The room was filthy, dirty when we went back to the front desk they said there where no more rooms in the LasVegas Tower and offered us another room in the Kansas City Tower. It was a little bit cleaner than the last room but it still sucked no microwave and from the 50s decore.

Why 2 stars: Minimal amenities within the hotel. Hotel Customer service that could use a refresher training To reach a smoke free area in the casino, one must walk thru the smoke for entry and exit. Stained bedsheets

Staying one night on couple trip to Mens College World Series. Overall the stay was good. Easy and fast check in. No luggage racks visible. You had to fill out form and leave license for use. Room was fine. It was in the tower being remodeled. Needs new carpet for sure. No shower gel in dispenser. Biggest issues was once in shower there was hair on the walls and in soap dispenser. That is gross! Casino was ok. Met some great people who were there for a golf convention. They were fun. Overall not bad

Hated the spaghetti bowl highway we had to travel to get there. Was overall very pleased with my stay. Had dinner at winning streaks and it was very. Reasonable and good. Room was very nice and comfortable. Casino was small but not bad. Overall I would give this Harrahs a 4and a half out of five.

Have been staying at this property for decades. Always enjoy it and have a good time. I pick a room in the KC tower as it has nicer rooms. Rooms are definitely showing their age and wear and tear. While there we heard that the LV tower rooms are currently being renovated so will try that tower next time and hopefully KC tower gets renovations next. Room 537 was clean but did have some plumbing issues. Sink didn't drain quickly and when we showered it backed up into the sink which was pretty gross. Drink service in the casino is a little slow but just due to lack of staff. Restaurants have limited hours for the same reason. Eat at Gordon Ramsey if you get the chance. Everything there is great.
