Its starbucks its over priced i mean, dunkin' is also for a 80 cent coffee 5, 6 bucks,is just unreal .

Consistently making the drink incorrectly and wrong size. Often enough that I believe it's on purpose.

I wanted an ice coffee with the condensed sweetend milk. The 2 youg guys didn't know what that was. I don't remember the name. It comes with 4 pumps.I ordered the ice coffee with sweet cream. Couldn't see any cream in it. And although much ice. $5.50 for a small.

The drive-thru moves rather quickly even if it looks backed up. Parking is a challenge because adjacent is Power Yoga and when they have their patrons there they take over the whole parking lot. The staff is generally friendly and attentive. Could do a better job on keeping the bathrooms clean and the overall store area.Vegetarian options: Vegan options are very limited. The blondish/red head girl at the drive thru was rude. I tried ordering ahead but apparently didn’t give them enough time so she handed me my coffee and told me to give them 5 minutes before showing up next time (not a single car besides mine was in the drive thru at the time). I have an 8 month old baby sleeping in the back seat so can only do so much.
