Buffalo Wild Wings - North Las Vegas

This restaurant is amazing! The prices are affordable and there are plenty of big screens for entertainment. Lauren, thank you for welcoming us so warmly and making us feel loved. The bacon guacamole burger was a hit with my friends, while I enjoyed the cauliflower dish. A special shoutout to Leilani and the staff at the entrance for their hospitality. We all had a great time and I appreciate the management allowing me to take photos for my review. Can't wait to come back for lunch again. Jesus would approve! If he were here, he would probably be multiplying those burgers to feed the masses.

The wings were tasty, similar to another place I've tried. However, the service was awful. Despite the lack of customers, we had to wait a long time to place our order and the waiter seemed unattentive. The table next to us also had issues, as they didn't receive dressing, utensils, or extra plates for their larger order. We had to flag down another waiter for these items and more drinks. It seemed like the table next to us was experiencing the same frustrations. By the end, everyone looked quite irritated.

I had never been to this restaurant before. We placed two orders at the same time, but there was a 20-minute wait between the orders. By the time the second order arrived, my food had gotten cold as I waited for my friend. Our server seemed overwhelmed, but eventually took our order and checked on us frequently throughout our meal.

I am usually a very understanding person when it comes to eating in food service. but our waiter could best describe as sadness from the movie in outside. our food came cold or lukewarm. I also lied about the fresh mozzarella sauce that it was the reason to take so long and I think I saw twice here to help our table.

Horrible customer service. From welcoming in, to seating us, to taking our order, waiting for someone to look at the table to bring us the check.Just not great. Maybe a bad time if the day.Not coming here again and I don’t like leaving bad reviews.
