Feedback gevenI had a wonderful experience with this store and the manager that helped me Kay Soto was a sweetheart. Even though their systems for the cash register weren't working at that time she wasn't rude or mean like some other managers I've encountered. She was very polite, professional and she even made my 4 year old daughter happy by giving her a dessert, the brownie m&m cookie cakes that are super delicious for the inconvenience of the system not functioning properly, so I was really satisfied with the service Kay provided for my daughter and me. Thanks Kay Soto!!
Italian cheese bread was not completely cooked, and there was absolutely no spices on it! So not happy that something so easy came so bad!
Wow, that's so bad. These are the two pizzas I just bought It's totally burned. I can't believe this is real. I'm a restaurant manger and if my crew turns out that quality, they'd be fired. Stay far from the tropical car park.
The bread sticks ordered were cooked and hard. Pizza was cooked. And the employees have to go and say hello and farewell maybe even thank you! This is what you get when a company engaged young teenagers to work and does not take the time to train them!!!
They sent a burnt Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza. Tried calling to let them know(complain) but they don't answer the phone. I've been on hold for over 18 minutes. I should've had my kid pick up a pizza from Sam's Club!
