The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited for 15 minutes before someone finally came to take our order at the register. The person didn't say anything, expecting us to initiate the order. A possible solution would be to greet customers and be more attentive. Terrible personal and terrible situation. they take forever to make her eat and it is not even done right. I ordered a truthahn and cheese for my child and it was filled with comminuted cheese and 1 disc truthahn. I will never visit this place again. $5.49 for a pack filled with cheese just a waste of money! then when they call to complain, nobody answers the phone. I really wish they would simply have been this place down, they can not seem to get it right, and it has been quite a few time

Don't come here! the whole place ran from children. they wait 30 minutes in the hot sun and they will still not take their order. the judeer toddler wannabe manager denise is very rude has a nasty attitude. no customer service. I got them out of the window because that I should pick up my order for 30 minutes. benise and claudia authority and everybodie development of lollygaging and not working. drinks trash too

I've eaten a job on top. I've never got my package, just my drink. I called my driver and he said the two girls closing 5/19 said that all I ordered was only my drink and the window in his face was ringing and gave him only 2 dollars out of the tipp I gave? I was confused about this part. I have already contacted. but old they just end the order, it's not that hard. go to another place this place is ridiculous.
