Feedback gevenI always find their espresso drinks to be consistently excellent, which is quite rare. The staff greets me with a smile and a friendly word every time. The service is the fastest I’ve ever experienced!
I can never get my order at 245 to 315 am on my way to work. I am always told they cannot take my order because there micro is up grading. So now I'm just going to Sheetz. Word of mouth on service is never good when you get poor service.
I arrived at Dunkin', but the dining room was closed. Since we were on foot, we tried the drive-thru only to be told that we needed to be in a vehicle to make a purchase. It was frustrating because there was no one else there at that early hour—around 6:50 AM. Where is the customer care?
I recently visited this Dunkin’ and ordered a large Peach Passion Fruit Refresher, which was listed on the menu for $3.39. However, the woman at the drive-thru informed me that the price was actually $4.65. I showed her a photo of the menu where it clearly stated $3.39, but she insisted that the prices had changed and that the menu hadn’t been updated yet. I politely asked if she could honor the $3.39 price, but she refused, saying it wasn’t possible. I felt this was misleading advertising and decided I would never return. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me that I couldn't do that.
I ordered a large macchiato- they definitely made it with what tasted like coffee (no milk) and then layered it with espresso. I knew it was wrong when he appeared at the window because the color was way too dark on the bottom part. He said well Ididn 't make it ..and still handed it out the window to me? He was so rude. It tasted gross. It was $5.89. I drove around thefront and threw it away. I 'll keep my money next time if you don 't even have time to address an incorrectly made drink. Especially at the current prices!!
