Casa Mexicana - North Little Rock

My boyfriend enjoyed his pork burrito, but I had a different experience. I initially chose the enchiladas, but mine came with a hair. The ground beef and beans lacked flavor. I then ordered chicken tacos, which arrived cold with unmelted cheese and cold chicken. The rice was also bland, and the pork tamale tasted like it had been microwaved. The chips and salsa were just mediocre.

I was promptly greeted and had my drink order taken right away, but then I waited for another 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my food order. There was only one other customer in the restaurant at the time. I approached a waitress to inquire about my order, but she more or less ignored me. After waiting another 10 minutes, I decided to pay for my drink and leave for another restaurant. As I walked out, I noticed three employees sitting at a table rolling silverware. I explained to them why I was leaving, but they seemed completely uninterested.

The portion sizes were smaller than at any other Mexican restaurant I’ve visited, and the prices were higher. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired. Our server only checked on us twice during the hour we were there, and we had to ask for more chips and drinks. Additionally, we spent over 15 minutes waiting for our check so we could pay.

This place is racist if you are African American you can hang it up you will get little to no service . This is the 2nd time I've experienced this awful low budget place . Customer service 0 stars .. people 0 stare ! Me and my family will never come back !

Food portions were half of any other Mexican restaurant I 've ever had, although it was good. Additionally, they only filled the salsa bowl half way. I sat at the bar and if you aren 't Hispanic or a regular don 't expect good service from the young lady working. I gave it two stars because the portion was tasty, but I won 't return.
