I called to ask how many thighs are in a regular order, because 's the only description on the Thigh Stop website, the person who answered the phone said they didn't know and wondered if I wanted to talk to a manager, I said sure because the site says only regular order and I want to know how many are in a regular order and asked them how there is someone to make the order when they aren't know how many The manager tells me there are 3 thighs in regular order. From the customer service, I decided I didn't need anything from there.
This is the third time in the last two months I ordered and she? took the phones out of the hook so that people can't call. Instead, I have to go all the way there to order it personally and wait when I just log in and wait 15 minutes at my home. Ridiculous and I know they shouldn't. This time, you can see a picture on the counter for proof. The second phone to the left was also from the hook.
The wing flavors were VERY good! We tried lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, hickory barbecue and mild. The fries were very good. The boneless wings were good not anything real special. The classic bone wings were a little overcooked and dry. There wasn?t a lot of meat on them. The price for just really good wing flavors wasn?t really worth it.
So, the staff is not always the friendliest around, but they do take care of you. On today's trip there were extra wings in every box. The wings are decent. This location did have a dine in option with 5 4-seater tables a couple double occupancy tables and a large circular table for up to 7 people. The soda machine has dozens of options for your choosing. Overall, not a bad place if you are in the mood for wings.
