Arepas Cafe Li - North Merrick

The food here is really good. Crispy fresh arepas and they are packed with fillings. Yuca fries are wonderful. Great addition to the neighborhood

Finally made it here, I loved going to their location in Astoria. The arepas are amazing and the owner could not be any nicer.

Unreal. I was born and raised in Venezuela and thiiiis took me back. They had different flour’s for different things AS it is traditionally like that back home. Like for example; The arepas flour is not the same as the empanadas and that blew me away. I’ve been eating at arepas cafe since the first location in Astoria and this was easily my favorite. El sabor de todo me llevo a los sabores de las arepitas de mi tía, y de las empanadas de mi mamá y mas. Me dejaron loca ??

Been waiting to check this spot out, well worth trying. The pabellon pollo was delicious.
