Dunkin' - North Miami Beach

Ruben was the best!!! he was friendly, personal AND he gave me a dog toy because i had my dog with me. it was the best surprise and made my day.

The coffee and food is delicious however the drive-thru is very slow.

I work near this location. Every time I come hear at 19:40 -19:45 they don’t want to serve me . They say that they are closed already. It’s another 15-20 minutes to work. Bad service. Don’t want to come here anymore. I will call 311 to complain

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I’ve been here 3-4 times and the service is always subpar compared to all other DD’s within the area. Today (4/6) was the WORST! Coffee was watery/bagel was rigid (tried to bite some parts)/and customer service was operating from the pits of hell. No napkins or utensils to spread the cream cheese (I had to go back). Additionally this is the only location that does not put on the cream cheese on the bagel.

I usually stop at this Dunkin Donuts location on my way to a meeting or Sunday church. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the double espresso with oatmilk and an everything toasted bagel. Both were good.
