Night Owl Cookies - North Miami Beach

We ordered our favorites: red velvet with cream cheese, chocolate chips, s’mores, crunchy cereal, and the monthly special, the glazed donut on a cookie. They looked fantastic, and we can’t wait to try them later tonight. Parking is always easy since you can load right in front. There are also wheelchair-accessible parking spots available before the loading area. The gentleman working there was efficient and kind. Overall, a good experience!

I had a disappointing experience at the North Miami location. The server was quite rude when I inquired if a specific cookie had a filling; she simply answered "No." Despite this, I decided to order it, only to find out that it did have a filling. Additionally, the cookies I received were served very cold. While the cookies themselves are good, the poor service really overshadowed the experience for me.

The cookies were delicious! I've often seen some incredible cookie creations from this place on Instagram, so I was a bit disappointed when we finally made the 10-hour trip and found that they only had standard flavors available.

We ordered cookies in the other night and we were very disappointed. they tasted processed and closer to store purchased cookies and do not make them fresh.

The cookies are good but the black lady with the honey blonde hair who works at the North Miami Beach location will cause you to lose money. I am one customer who definitely won’t be back because of her.
