Pizza Hut - North Miami Beach

You might not believe it, but their pizzas and pasta aren't the only great dishes at this restaurant. The chicken wings are also top-notch. They are a good size and the garlic parmesan sauce on them is absolutely delicious.

Do you mind giving a zero-star review? I placed an order for pizza 2 hours ago, it was supposed to be delivered an hour ago. However, it was never delivered. When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, the woman yelled at me and claimed they had called me 9 times to deliver the pizza, which was not true. She then hung up on me. I tried calling multiple times to find out who owned the franchise, but the manager never picked up. I will never order from this restaurant again.

They are extremely nice and accommodating. I love the young lady Sam that works up front she always has a smile on her face and she is very Helpful. They need more help just like her.

I would not even give these people 1 star. Phones not working call center that does not help!!! They gave me the most disgusting cheese pepperoni cheese pocket pizza it was so disgusting the box had so much oil and grease!!! No one cares at this store the call center rep told me to get into my car and actually go to the store!! Don?t ever order pizza from here just the worst customer service ever!!!!

I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The staff was terrible and it seems like the owner does not care about their customers.
