Starbucks - North Miami Beach

Why do cafes display products that are not available, misleading customers? Is this poor service common in all cafes, or just this one? Starbucks is not what it used to be.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I ever been in my life it’s dirty one employee working its no ice out of milk . He said it’s no coffee He made three drinks. They was absolutely nasty. We waited 20 minutes in line that place need to be closed down. If I can give this place no stars I would just ghetto ..

The most difficult place to get coffee at. Just for a regular cup of coffee you have to add 25 sugars because the coffee was filtered through someone's dirty socks. Totally nasty!

Don’t go inside. Do yourself a favor and use the drive through. The rude lady making my drinks forgot one of mine. I asked her for it and she started arguing with me in front of other customers saying someone must of taken it. I would have let it go but she kept on talking loud and aggressive in Spanish towards me. Funny thing is I don’t speak Spanish. But all honesty, it felt like she was calling me a lair. This was totally unacceptable. Starbucks you need to do better than this.

Bought an Icee with a free small popcorn. There is no popcorn, ask employees there nobody knew nothing ask the store manger of target (Starbucks is inside Target)knew nothing, 30 min in there store and I asked for a refund, employees did not know how to do it!!!!!!store Manger was frazzled, I was so upset I just walked out with no Icee or popcorn and lost my $2.65. This is robbery, SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
