The owner, a very friendly Italian woman, explained the restaurant's innovative concept: you can choose your type of pasta, sauces, and toppings, effectively allowing you to create your own pasta dish. There are hundreds of variations to choose from—absolutely fantastic! The quality of the pasta is outstanding, and the appetizers and desserts are equally delicious. Next time, I plan to try the salads and daily specials. Oh, I will definitely be back! It's refreshing to find a restaurant where the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable—finally, something new in Miami!
