Yum Yum Yogurt - North Miami Beach

I rated this restaurant four stars because the service and our server were excellent. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the grits were disappointing. How do you end up with runny grits on a Saturday morning? Seriously? I might consider giving them another chance, but if I encounter runny grits again, that will be the end of it.

I ordered breakfast for Mother's Day and chose the Premium Chicken Tenders Dinner, which came with seasoned fries and sweet petite corn. Unfortunately, my order was missing the Nashville Hot Sauce and Garlic Bread that were supposed to be included. For my family, I ordered the Lumberjack Slam Pack, which was meant to serve four and included scrambled eggs with cheese, pancakes, bacon, sausage, ham, hash browns, and white bread. The pancakes were a bit too large and overly soft, lacking that fluffy texture I expected. I was also disappointed that the vanilla sauce and blueberry compote mentioned in my order weren't included. On a positive note, I ordered Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, which were quite tasty. Overall, my to-go order was well-packaged; however, the corn ended up in the same container as the chicken tenders and fries, making it a bit soggy. I also noticed that utensils were not provided, but it seems you have to request those. Despite these issues, I was pleased with my meal, as Denny's typically delivers good food.

The staff were really friendly. To be honest, I was in a rush, so I didn’t stay long. The server was nice and recognized that I needed to be quick. They ensured I was taken care of promptly. Overall, it was a good experience with no complaints.

Even though we had to wait longer than we anticipated for a table, the manager on duty was very courteous and took the time to explain the delay, making sure we were seated as quickly as possible. It was a bustling Friday evening, with tables either full or nearly full and the food pickup service handling a high volume of orders. Once we were seated, our server, Keva, delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Our food came out quickly, exactly as we had ordered, and it was delicious!
