Denny's - North Miami

This is my absolute favorite Denny's location. I make a point to visit there often. Betty is the sweetest and adds to the happiness of this place. The food is always delicious, amazing, and everything comes out quickly. I love this place very much.

One of the highlights of our vacation in Miami was our visit to the restaurant for breakfast. It was both nutritious and reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the "build your own breakfast" option they offered. Betty was a fantastic waitress and the following day we had Aaron serving us, who was also wonderful: friendly, efficient and fast. I highly recommend this restaurant.

HORRIBLE customer service at Biscayne and 121st St!!! I was ignored when I walked-in even though I had eye contact with the waitress. When a customer who was waiting was rung up, I proceeded behind her, thinking the gentleman who did so would help me next..... Nope! He went to the back and I was left at the counter, where I waited for an additional 5 mins. Two Latino customers came in, and no more than 45 seconds later, the same waitress .. she has dyed-red hair, watch out for her) who I had eye contact with, pops-up from the back and proceeds to accommodate the newly arrived customers!!....I then say oh, so we're just going to ignore me She then says I thought you were helped already At this point, I'm disgusted and start to leave when I hear her say No one got time for that just before I walk out!...Safe to say ill NEVER order from there again!

The restaurant was pretty good. I visited with a friend and the young lady who served us, even though she was new, provided excellent service. She had some difficulty understanding my friend's order, but it didn't cause any major issues. The food was hot and served quickly. However, there were a couple of things that I didn't like - if customers prefer their hashbrowns not crispy, it would be helpful to communicate this to the staff, and my request for super hard fried eggs resulted in eggs that were still quite soft in the middle. The bathroom was also in a disgusting state, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned in a long time. This raised some concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
