Domino's Pizza - North Miami

It was decent, the tracker said it was done, but when I picked up, it wasn't

The store was great, but the BOT experience was bad and is reduced to the store.

The place is the worst that they never have someone to answer the phone. When you call her? ll put you hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then they never come back until you hang up. You just a worker in this place to do everything....

I just delivered a chicken Alfredo bowl from this place (online) it looks literally as if someone would eat it on the way. I do not recommend this place to everyone! This is disgusting when I tried to get a refund that they left me on the line for 10 minutes.... I always dug from Dominos, but not this one I will never order from this place again.

The food is good I just wish there wasnt a 30 minute hold time on the phone so I walk in and I count 1 2 3 4 employees and I hear my call being made ringing and they're just doing other stuff. Not sure if that's normal in the pizza industry. Once this gets fixed I'm willing to rate better.
