Too much rotation. the turnover is at this place extremely high, so they never get someone with much experience. my coffee orders are always ventis and they never get the size right. if they happen to get someone who has waited for them before, they are in business, but chances are they won't. they have a very limited menu at this location. if you are looking for food, you will probably have hunger if you don't want muffin. stick with the bigger established dieucks.
All we got was hot chocolate and waited almost 30 min for it an when we got it, it was terrible all the chocolate was in the bottom they didn't even mix it. It was just thrown together.
What annoys me about this location is that employees at this location like Shadee. Only want the policy to apply for employees not customers. Where was the policy of being a Smoke Free Establishment, when I told Jamie about the customer smoking? Which she did nothing about other then give free food when the customer became very rude to me. Free food don't take away from situations, make it better or hush the problem. Why do we pay so much for cups to hear about policy when we want something in them?
I fell in love with the Java chip frappe but I?m so discouraged going through the drive thru anymore, I never get the same Java chip anymore. It?s usually missing the coffee or they put cookies on top. I never actually get a true Java chip frappe.
