Unfortunately the staff were very rude staff and more than likely need to be trained properly in customer service. Both myself and my partner were dissatisfied and disappointed as we had travelled to get donuts from them and left empty handed after the way we were treated.

We have been here a few times before and the staff have been polite but on visiting on Saturday, we were met with an aggressive manner. We understand that cafes and takeaway services are under pressure at the present time but being spoken to in a rude manner is really not on when we are the customers. There is no direction as to where to stand after ordering and you are made to feel as though you are an inconvience.

Lovely friendly K,s which along with others has had to endure Covid but carries on looking foreward to better times. Please give this place a visit and enjoy the friendly faces behind the counter.

The woman who runs this restaurant is a terrible role model for the lazy and rude young staff. The prices are exorbitant, the food is mediocre at best, and the staff, particularly the older woman with greasy hair, have a poor attitude. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server, a young lady, was quite rude and I ended up leaving before placing my order. Unfortunately, this resulted in them losing me as a customer.
