The cafe offers a number of cute huts where you can sit and have your food brought to you. We decided to try the hot, freshly cooked doughnuts, which were absolutely amazing. The menu had a great variety of options and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly, making our stop at the cafe an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.
After a long 3-mile walk to a cafe only to find it closed Monday to Friday, we walked back to Sea Palling and decided to try breakfast at the Sandy Hills Breakfast Bar. And I was pleased. Not only were the staff very friendly (even though the young lady there thought I was in my 30s when I'm 65, lol), the food was amazing. I was hungry and made the mistake of ordering two breakfast cobs when one was more than enough. (Still had both though :). I am quite fussy with good service and food, but I have no complaints about this place. Please enjoy the food and the very nice service. I will soon be going back and only too happy to review again.
I was saddened to read some shocking reviews about this place. The staff was so welcoming and helpful and this place was so dog friendly which is fantastic. It is a wonderful restaurant for relaxing by the sea. Please see for yourself prices are fair and reasonable nothing is overpriced the donuts bought back childhood memories
Well located, right by the ramp to the beach. Decent coffee; range of food. Some indoor seating but pleasant seats outside in seaside-style cabins (probably a legacy of covid).
This convenient restaurant is the perfect spot to grab a bite while visiting Sea Palling beach. We started our day with some drinks at one of the outdoor tables and later moved inside to admire the wall-mounted photos showcasing the history of the area, including the devastating floods of 1953.
