I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Alex, who took my order, was incredibly helpful in guiding my choices and provided great insights into the new menu items. I felt very welcomed, and I truly appreciate his kindness—he's a real asset to the team. I highly recommend this place and want to thank you once again for the fantastic experience!

I had a great experience at Boston Market! The staff was very friendly. When I mentioned that my chicken wasn't hot enough, she generously offered me an extra piece. It was such a kind gesture!

As a side note, this is my second 5-star review of this restaurant. Every time I go, the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. Overall, it provides a top-tier fast food experience. I have left here happy 10 out of 10 times. They really do everything right!

All the customers who came were so rude that it almost made me sick. The workers handled it well and were very respectful for me and the other customers. I ordered a lot of food and it was ready right away. The food is hot fresh and delicious. I'm very happy with my visit. The restaurant is clearly understaffed and the workers that there are hard workers, friendly and respectful. Only complaint when visiting is how rude the customers were.
