Starbucks - North Platte

They took our order wrong first of all. Staff wasn't the friendliest. The only good about this place was that taylor swift was playing so we had something to listen while they made our drinks which were made wrong. I don't mean to be a Karen but this is just how I feel.

It is very weird to go at starbucks drive thru just to order a cup of coffee and when you go to the window to pay just for your cup of coffee they ask you do you want to tip? What the hell?! Tip for what, starbucks is better than this, it's like they are beggers, what extra service are you giving to ask customers for tip?! Pay your employees better.

I’m going to give two stars because the employees usually have pretty good customer service however EVERY TIME and I mean every time I go they seem to be out of almost everything. I stopped going For a few months because of this and then decided to give them another chance just to find out nothing has changed. I’ve never seen so much inconsistency in a menu at STARBUCKS and sadly I think I’ll just stick to scooters or Dunkin’. Do better north platte

Drinks always made the wrong way, always out of everything and I mean everything more than half the menu, employees always got a attitude like if you don’t wanna work quit.

I mean, its a Starbucks. I don't like that I buy a 1/2 a 10 spot hot chocolate, but they know how to make one. As far as , dirty hot water. Tea, dirty cold or hot water.
