Fire Wok Express - North Pole

Does it taste good, Yes. Is it the cheapest Asian cuisine in North Pole, Yes. Are there other options in North Pole with larger menus and better cuisine, Yes. I have lived down the road for 13 years and this week I tried them for the first time. I shared the lunch with a coworker who also stated, it's good, but no Pagoda (Best Chinese Restaurant in North Pole probably best in the state of AK). The service was great, super friendly hostess, food was made fresh so about a 15 minute wait from order to food. I opted for takeout, when I got back to work, the food was still piping hot. The inside of the restaurant is very dated and has the strip mall feel you would expect of any locally owned business in an Interior Alaska strip mall.

The food was outstanding and the staff was so incredibly kind and patient with all our kids.

I had a great experience this time! I visited about two years ago and wasn't impressed, but we decided to give it another try tonight, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty, and I can honestly say it was the best lo mein we've had in the area. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the rangoons were definitely worth it.

The seating area is very clean and has a calming atmosphere. The food is fresh and delicious! It's definitely much better than Pagoda—no contest! The staff is friendly as well.
