Feedback gevenI used to love B&M, but the food quality, portion sizes and service have all gone down. My mom and I went there to get wings and the ones we got were SO tiny that it was ridiculous! We got very few fries with them. Service was slow, unprofessional, and theyoung people running the business seemed to keep getting distracted in the middle of what they were doing and walking off. Itmade getting anything done take way longer than it should. It also seemed to take several of them to do what it should 've onlytaken one of them to do. While we were in the restaurant, at least four people came in to complain about their orders beingwrong and missing food. One woman complained about there not being enough meat on her rib bones, and was told that it dependedon which end they cut from, and, you get what you get. Her ribs were also pretty burnt. I don 't forsee going back there again.
Everything has their sauce on it so best to grab a fork. I actually enjoyed the sides more than the ribs and probably would lean more towards the chicken or polish boys next time. The restaurant could use some up keep, sticky floors and exterior decorappears to be falling off the building. I?d recommend grabbing and go. There?s a dining room but tables were scattered andunorganized. Everything is meant to be affordable so you can get a full meal at a decent price.
A huge order online tonight for 125. it should be ready until 19:49, but we did not get our food until 20:25. they were so busy. my man said, please make sure that everything we have ordered is there, leave them a 20-cash tip only to come home and a whole meal is missing. we wanted to call, but the phone just ringed for 3 minutes. we live in canton so we can't just walk around the corner. super disappointed by this place. they have ruined our order even in the last month, but we decided to give him another chance. 12 for a meal we did not get, and we left a 20 tipp for an incomplete order. the restaurant was dead when we got our order, so can't talk about being busy for the mistake.

I truly do understand not having enough help and being busy! Here's the thing if you answer the phone and the customer says that they'd like to place an order please only to be told hold on and then to be on hold for a while and not attended to. Why answer the phone to tell the customer to hold on to never return to the phone. I was clear across town when I called so that my food would be ready once I'm there. I hung up and called back only for them to let the phone ring. I called again at this point now I'm out of my car walking in to a none crowded waiting area maybe a few people. The phone call at this point is now being ignored. Keep the phone near the kiosk so you can take the customers order at that time if your not in the middle of a in house order then at that point YOU POLITLEY tell the customer to please hold ill be right with you truly do return to attend to that customer. This review is a build up of all the other times of being patient understanding but now enough is enough. This is a recurring problem and then the attitudes that your met with is ridiculous and the nonchalant way of handling things.I've work in this industry and other industries and always do the best of what it takes and make no excuses about it. It's not fair to the consumer that spends money with your establishment that they're treated in an professional manor.Customer service with a great attitude is a must. Customers are not always right.. BUT treating the good ones like they don't matter sucks!
